Ms. Bhavika Dabur currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ECB Sustainable Youth Foundation, where she leads operations and strategy for youth-led sustainability programs across India. She also works as a Brand Strategist at The Greater Change, a Dubai-based HR Outsourcing Firm.
Her experiences include impactful tenures with India Trade Promotion Organization and HSIIDC where she worked on fair trade operations, financial reconciliation and business development strategy.
Ms. Dabur is a recognized International speaker, having represented India at high-level platforms including HLPF, COP16 2024 and Unite 2030, USA and IYC Climate Summit.
She is a Centre for Civil Society Scholar and awarded as DU Beat’s 21 Under 21, featured on Times Square, New York, Voyage, Los Angeles for her contributions to business consultancy and public speaking and over the past five years, she has trained more than 1 Lakh students across India in soft skills, communication and personal branding.

Colonel V.N. Thapar is the father of Captain Vijayant Thapar Vir Chakra - hero and martyr of the Kargil war; who was a fourth generation army officer himself. He joined the NDA in 1959 and was commissioned in 1962 in the Maratha Light Infantry. He has seen action against the Chinese and Pakistani armies in 1965 and 1971 wars and received a COAS Commendation Card for courage in battle. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Defense Services Staff College, Wellington. He is also a PG in Administrative Law and has a diploma in Man Management. Colonel Thapar authored the book - "Vijayant at Kargil" published by Penguin India. Presently, he is a commentator on military affairs for many media channels. He is dedicated to the cause of motivating the youth for which he travels across the nation to deliver talks at universities, colleges, schools, corporate houses and social organizations. He continues to inspire a generation of Indians.

Lieutenant Sanjiv Kaura is the CEO of Teach India, a nationwide initiative for educational equity. He completed his B.Com (Hons) from SRCC and is a Chartered Accountant with PwC. In 2005, he was named Harvard’s best all-round student and went on to become the youngest country CEO in ICI’s global network at just 28. He also served as the founding Program Director of Harvard’s India office.
Mr. Kaura led the Right to Education movement across 26,500 villages in 14 states, and cycled 3,660 km from Kalka to Kanyakumari to raise awareness for the cause. At 42, he made the rare decision to join the Indian Army, driven by a deep commitment to service. A multilingual speaker and a Hindustani classical music enthusiast, he continues to balance public leadership with personal passion.
