Juhi Jain

Associate Director
Juhi Jain is a public policy and behavioral science professional passionate about driving scalable impact. She is Associate Director at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, leading cross-regional work on food systems, climate resilience, and inclusion. Previously, she managed an investment portfolio at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on policy advocacy, behavioral insights, and communications. Juhi also served at NITI Aayog, the Government of India’s apex policy think tank, as Manager at the Behavioural Insights Unit, contributing to the “LiFE” Mission. Her earlier work with the Atal Innovation Mission promoted start-up incubation and tech-led innovation in collaboration with ministries and international partners. An alumna of Delhi University (Economics) and MBA holder, she is a Salzburg Global Fellow, EUVP Scholar, European University Institute Policy Fellow, and Nudge Global Impact Challenge recipient.
