Anca Anton

PR lecturer
Anca Anton is a PR lecturer at the University of Bucharest. She is known for her research and teaching about intercultural communication, negotiation, online PR, digital writing and marketing. She is active in civil society as vice-president of the youth NGO Team Work. As an educator, Anca is a key player in Erasmus programs on PR and lobbying, and in the European Civic University - CIVIS.

Andreas Magnusson

Moderator, Activist, Presenter and Speaker
Andreas is a moderator, presenter, activist, and speaker, who works with climate and sustainability issues. With a background from Fridays for Future, he works as a project manager for Climate Live Sweden. He approaches social issues with playfulness and curiosity, emphasizing the power of storytelling and the importance of youth engagement. Andreas is a recipient of the HM King Carl XVI foundation “Young Leadership” award.

Christina Fredengren

Humanities Scholar
Christina is Professor of Archaeology at Stockholm and Uppsala Universities. She is known for her research on archaeology, heritage studies, curatorship, gender theory and the environmental humanities. She explores meeting points between nature and culture, crannogs, post humanist feminism, deep time ethics, as well as intragenerational justice and care.

John Hassler

Professor + Economist
John is Professor of Economics at the Institute for International Economic Studies at Stockholm University. He is known for his research is on public finance, social mobility, growth and climate change. He has worked as advisor to the Swedish Ministry of Finance and the European Economic Advisory Group.

Kevin Noone

Professor and Climate Scientist
Kevin is Professor Emeritus of Chemical Meteorology at Stockholm University. He is known for his research on global sustainability, and on the role of aerosols and clouds in climate and air quality. He was Director of the International Geosphere-Biosphere Programme and he is Chief Scientific Advisor at the International Sustainable Finance Centre and Re-Define. Kevin engages widely in science outreach, working with NGOs, businesses, faith groups, and policymakers.

Maria Wolrath-Söderberg

Docent and Rhetorician
Maria is Associate Professor of Rhetoric at Södertörn University. She is known for her research on how we think and reason around goal conflicts, tensions, value clashes, and major societal challenges especially related to climate change and sustainability. In her research and outreach, Maria asks why we have strong climate knowledge and engagement yet high per capita emissions. She is a passionate communicator, contributing with her time as a driving force behind Researchers’ Desk.

My (Monica) Schüldt

Thinking Environment trainer and Writer
Monica (Swedish: My) Schüldt teaches the Thinking Environment® – behaviours that unlock individual and collective intelligence, and bring improved relationships, joy, and engagement to a wide range of contexts. A Cambridge University graduate, Monica has spent 30+ years as an independent consultant helping leaders and teams improve performance. She is a member of the Time to Think Global Faculty and has 15 years’ experience of living and teaching the Thinking Environment. Her most recent book is a practical guide to the Thinking Environment.

Todd Ehlers

Professor + Geologist
Todd is Professor and Head of School at the University of Glasgow. He is known for his research on climate, tectonics, biota and the Earth’s surface. His interests span past climates and environmental change preserved in the geologic record to our present-day and future global warming and biodiversity crisis. Todd is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
