Anubha Ramgopal

Educator, Administrator and NASA Flight Graduate

Anubha Ramgopal has 30+ years of experience in secondary and senior secondary education, having served as Principal, Vice Principal, and Academic Coordinator. Founder Principal of a reputed CBSE school in Pune, she is also a trained NLP practitioner and NASA Flight Graduate under the Honeywell-sponsored STEM program. Actively involved in social work, she is a founder member of Soroptimist International Pune Metro East, served as President (2016–2018), and currently holds roles in Soroptimist International committees in India and the UK.

Crispino Lobo

Rural Development & Climate Resilience Expert

Crispino Lobo has over 36 years of experience mobilising rural communities and working with governments, corporates, and civil society to reduce poverty and enhance climate resilience. He co-founded the Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR) and other non-profits, impacting 8.4 million people across India, regenerating landscapes, promoting climate-responsive agriculture, and improving livelihoods. He has led large-scale programs like the Indo-German Watershed Development Program, contributed to national adaptation funds, and advised government policy. An alumnus of Harvard University and the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Crispino holds five academic degrees and has authored 12 books.

CEO & Co-founder - Metashot

Prince Thomas is an ad man, marketer, and serial entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience across brand strategy, growth marketing, and product innovation. Having led impactful campaigns at Ogilvy & Mather, CreativeLand Asia, and as Head of Marketing at BankBazaar, Prince now serves as CEO and Co-Founder of MetaShot — a startup redefining cricket gaming through patented technology. Its flagship product, the MetaShot Smart Bat, mirrors real-world shots into a virtual game, delivering a console-quality experience. Featured on Shark Tank India Season 4 and backed by top investors, MetaShot is expanding globally under Prince’s leadership, inspiring innovation at the intersection of technology, sports, and entertainment.

Ritu Biyani

Army Officer (Retd.) & Paratrooper

Dr. (Capt.) Ritu Biyani is the first lady paratrooper and mountaineer from the Indian Army Dental Corps, a breast cancer warrior, and founder of High Ways Infinite. After surviving high-risk breast cancer, she turned her journey into India’s first road expedition for cancer awareness, driving over 2,00,000 km and reaching 3 lakh+ people in remote and urban communities. A Limca Book of Records holder and motivational speaker, she has navigated thousands of patients and caregivers, pioneered international cancer survivor expeditions, and undertaken record-breaking treks, including to the Kumar Post at Siachen Glacier. Her mission: to change mindsets, reduce late-stage cancer cases, and celebrate survivorship.

Tanvi Hegade

Dance Movement Therapist

Tanvi Hegade is a contemporary dance artist and dance movement therapist based in Pune. With over a decade in contemporary dance and physical theatre, she explores expression through movement at the intersections of language and social impact. As Head of Community Outreach and Dance in Education at Avartan Dance Foundation, she leads programs like Dance for PD for persons with Parkinson’s Disease. She has performed internationally, serves as Secretary (West Zone) of CMTAI, represents India on the ITI/UNESCO International Dance Committee, and is a recipient of fellowships from The Red Door India, Singapore International Foundation, and Georgetown University.
