Ayanda Vabaza-Mvandaba

Chartered Accountant (SA)
Ayanda Vabaza-Mvandaba is a visionary catalyst for change in South Africa. A Chartered Accountant (SA), entrepreneur, social innovator and accomplished board member, she expertly blends corporate innovation with a deep-seated passion for community empowerment. Recognised as one of the Mail & Guardian's Top 200 Young South Africans, Ayanda has advised multinational corporations on bridging the gap to the township economy and started and scaled various ventures. As a non-executive director on numerous boards—often as the youngest or only female voice—she provides robust governance and strategic direction, chairing key audit and risk committees. At the core of her work is an uncanny ability to distil complexity into actionable impact. Through her talk, "A Newborn's Guide to Fearless Leadership: The 6-Week Legacy," Ayanda challenges the idea that a legacy is built over a lifetime, sharing how anyone can create meaningful, immediate change.

Miso Munroe

Singer-Songwriter, Producer
Miso Munroe, formerly known as Nic Miso, is a Cape Town–based singer, songwriter, and producer whose music blends jazz, R&B, Afrobeat, and South Africa’s modern sound. A Maties alumnus, he has performed with jazz musicians both locally and internationally, including Stellenbosch University's Jazz Band and has graced festivals such as KNKK, Woordfees and Suidoorsterfees. Currently working on his debut EP and gearing up for his first single release just in time for the summer, Miso Munroe is an artist on a mission to awaken the soul and human mind to their greatest potential, ready to take on the world.
